HaHaji ek digital subscription hai — payment ke turant baad access mil jaata hai. Plan activate hone ke baad woh non-refundable hai, kyunki service instantly use ke liye available ho jaati hai.
Dono plans prepaid one-time hain — ek baar pay karo, 30 din chalega. Koi auto-charge ya recurring billing nahi hai. Plan apne aap khatam ho jaata hai — isliye “cancel” karne ki zaroorat nahi. Aage jab chaho, dobara le lo.
Agar tumne payment kiya par access nahi mila, ya koi technical dikkat aayi (galti se double charge, plan activate nahi hua, etc.) — toh 7 din ke andar humse contact karo. Hum issue solve karenge ya genuine case mein refund kar denge.
Approve hone par, refund tumhare original payment method (Razorpay ke through) pe 5–7 working days mein process ho jaata hai.
